2. What kind of content will I receive to promote my involvement?

You’ll get professionally produced content, including videos, photos, and blog posts, customized for your business. These assets are ready to be posted on your website, social media, and Google Business Profile to increase visibility and engagement.

3. How does this improve my SEO and online presence?

Every event generates fresh content for your website, improving search engine rankings. You’ll also receive backlinks from charities, partner businesses, and local news sources, increasing referral traffic and online visibility.

4. Will this help my sales team close more deals?

Yes. Community involvement gives your sales team a compelling story to share with potential clients. Customers are more likely to trust and choose businesses that are visibly engaged in giving back.

5. How much time and effort is required from my team?

Almost none. We handle everything—from organizing the charity event to producing all the marketing content. Your team can participate as much or as little as they’d like while still getting the full benefits.

6. Can I choose which charities or events to support?

Yes. You can select specific charities that align with your business values, or we can recommend opportunities based on your goals.

7. How does this impact my social media reach?

Your business will be tagged and mentioned in posts by charities, other sponsors, and community members, introducing your brand to entirely new audiences. Plus, we provide ready-to-post content to keep your social media active and engaging.

8. What makes this different from traditional sponsorships?

Unlike traditional sponsorships where your logo appears on a flyer, Midday Memories ensures your brand is deeply connected to the event. We tell a compelling story about your involvement, creating lasting online content that keeps working for you long after the event is over.

9. Is this a one-time event or an ongoing program?

It can be either. You can sponsor a single event or commit to an ongoing partnership that keeps your business consistently engaged in the community throughout the year.

10. How do I get started?

It can be either. You can sponsor a single event or commit to an ongoing partnership that keeps your business consistently engaged in the community throughout the year.

11. Is this a fundraiser for the charity?

No. Midday Memories field trips are not fundraisers. Instead of raising money, your sponsorship directly funds unique, hands-on experiences for charity beneficiaries and volunteers, creating real impact in the community.

12. Where does my sponsorship money go?

Your sponsorship funds two key areas:

Professional marketing content – We create videos, blog posts, and social media assets that showcase your community involvement, helping you inspire other businesses to do the same.

The field trip itself – Your contribution helps cover the cost of organizing and delivering an experiential event for the charity.

13. Is this a one-time sponsorship or an ongoing commitment?

Midday Memories operates on a subscription basis because we believe in consistent, authentic community involvement. This program is designed for businesses that want to make a long-term impact, not just a one-time donation.

14. How does this program benefit my business beyond traditional marketing?

Your participation helps position your business as a community leader, reaching new audiences beyond your existing customer base. The event and content are shared by charities, fellow sponsors, venues, and entertainment companies—giving your brand exposure to people you might not normally reach.

15. How does community involvement impact my business success?

Supporting local charities builds trust with customers and strengthens your reputation. When potential clients see your commitment to the community, it differentiates you from competitors. Plus, existing clients are more likely to stay loyal to businesses that actively give back.

16. Why does business success matter for community success?

When your business grows, it enables you to support more community initiatives. Strong, community-focused businesses create a cycle of giving that benefits both the local economy and charitable organizations in need.

17. Do people really care if a business is involved in the community?

Yes. Studies show that customers prefer to do business with companies that give back. Your community efforts create goodwill, improve customer retention, and help attract socially-conscious clients.

In the world of online marketing, links from other websites to yours are called Backlinks. Having other local websites link to yours is a great way for Google Search to understand that your website is a valuable resource to your online audience. It’s a vote of confidence from the other website. Best practices include reaching out to other local businesses and trying to post an article on their website that has a link back to yours. That’s why the time and effort to create backlinks is significant. The Midday Memories service creates a shared reason for participating businesses to link their websites to each other through the Field Trip blog post deliverable you get for each event. The blog posts have a “thank you to the other businesses involved in this field trip” section that includes links to the other businesses.

But, using practices banned by Google to get backlinks can hurt your presence in Google Search. Banned practices include paying money to have hundreds of low quality (computer generated) sites automatically link to your website. This banned practice is what most online articles are referencing when they warn about how you go about getting backlinks.

19. I have a very specific brand that doesn’t work with your “fun and friendly” style of videos. How can I get involved in a way that works for my company?

Great question! The non-video deliverables (blog posts, Facebook posts, etc) can be easily edited by your team to change the tone to match your brand. For the video deliverables (Facebook Reels, YouTube videos), just request the “Executive Edition Editing Package”. This swaps out the music for a more relaxing tone and removes some of the animation elements. If you go this route, we’d highly recommend sending in the Cameo Video of somebody on your team introducing the video. Something sort of heartfelt like, “We’re sharing this video because the charity featured is close to our hearts and we wanted to inspire you to help them and similar efforts in the community…”
